  • Please pay the invoice four weeks before your course begins

When we have processed your application we will send you a letter of confirmation and a receipt or invoice. We will send you details of your homestay as soon as possible after we have received your fees.

Fees should be paid by bank transfer. Bank details will be provided on receipt of your application.

We can also accept a sterling cheque on a UK bank account. All students are advised to take out comprehensive insurance.

Please note that when making accommodation bookings, BEST in Bath is acting as an agent between the client and the accommodation provider, and payments are treated by BEST in Bath as disbursements for VAT purposes.


In the case of cancellations received in writing more than 28 days before the course stating date, £50 will be charged.

For cancellations received less than 28 days before the start of the course, £250 will be charged.

After the start of the course no refunds will be made.
